Every asset comes back looking like you. Not a version of you with the wrong font and a drop shadow no one asked for.

How do I know if I'm ready for this?

If your visuals don't match what you charge and you're still the one making them at 10pm on a Sunday, you're ready. This works best for established female business owners who are done losing time and clients to DIY design.

What's the turnaround?

Standard assets land in 2-4 business days. Launch sprints are scoped separately in advance so we can move fast when it matters.

Do you help with strategy and messaging?

The Design Dream Team is a design retainer, not a strategy service. You bring the vision, the messaging and the direction. I execute on it at a standard that matches what you charge. Do you design websites and sales pages?

No, and that's intentional. Staying focused on brand, social, email, ads and lead magnets is what keeps the standard high. I'll refer you to a web designer I trust for the build. I can design a visual mockup to guide the direction and hand straight to your developer.

Question 6

What if I'm not in Canva?

Accepted Answer

I work natively in Canva because my clients do. It means you can tweak anything, anytime. If you're on Figma or Adobe, I'm not your designer. And that's okay.

What happens after I apply?

I'll be in touch within 48 hours. If it looks like a fit, we'll book a clarity call to map your brand, confirm scope and get started. Most clients have their first assets within the first two weeks.

Question 8

How many assets will I receive each month?

Every client is different and that's the point. At the start of each month we map out what you're working on and prioritise accordingly. Launching? You'll have a full suite. Consolidating? We build out your evergreen library. You're paying for a designer who knows your brand and shows up for whatever your business needs that month.

Question 9

Can I pause or cancel?

There's a 6-month minimum to get the most from the brand deep-dive and onboarding investment. After that, we work on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days notice to wrap up.

Will you redesign my entire brand or work with what I have?

Accepted Answer

Both, depending on what you need. Most clients come in with an existing brand they love but aren't executing consistently. I map what you have, identify what's missing, and design every asset to match where you're actually going. If your brand needs refining as we go, we do that together. You never lose what makes it yours. That's the standard every engagement is held to.
